Burn Notice

One of the fellas in my gaming group recommended Burn Notice at just the right time. My wife and I slowly make our way through various television series and we had just finished Battlestar Galactica season 4.0 and were looking for another high quality show to immerse ourselves in. On his recommendation we tried it out.

The show is fantastic. It's much to do about espionage and spycraft, but it is also a lot about family and feel good relationships. It's almost a perfect concoction. There is a big Wonder Years element with the main character narrating for us. Another element is McGuiver, where our main character has been cut off from the government and all his assets needs to make his spy gear from common house-hold items. And there's the A-Team aspect, as well- helping people each episode. The show is a winner.

Den of Geek! has just started an episode by episode review of season 1 (which is what we're finishing up now).
